Während der Verfolgungsjagd überschlägt sich Kumars Wagen und der Baum wird zerstört. Niemand ist verletzt, aber Harold und Kumar stehen sich nun mit ihren jeweils besten Freunden Adrian und Todd, sowie Todds kleiner Tochter gegenüber.

Harold entdeckt darauf einen nahezu identischen Weihnachtsbaum und willigt ein. Sie fahren dabei zu einer Party.
Völlig zugedröhnt fliehen Harold und Kumar von der Party. Dabei sind sie so high, dass sie glauben, sie wären Knetfiguren, die vor einem riesigen Knetschneemannmonster flüchten.
Sie werden von Rosenberg und Goldstein gefunden, die sie zum Essen einladen. Da er aber, nachdem er von den Toten wiederauferstanden ist, Gedankenlesen kann, schenkt er Harold einen der perfekten Weihnachtsbäume von seiner Showbühne und Kumar den Wafflebot.
Statt daraufhin in Ruhe nach Hause fahren zu können, werden sie samt Kumars Wafflebot von Katsovs ukrainischen Gangstern entführt und wachen in einem Lagerhaus wieder auf.
Da sich der Wafflebot inzwischen in Kumar verliebt hat, riskiert dieser sein Leben, um die Gangster auszuschalten und die beiden zu befreien.
Dabei trifft er den Weihnachtsmann , der gerade mit seinem Schlitten vorbeiflog, am Kopf. In einer Notoperation kann Kumar ihm das Leben retten.
Vom Weihnachtsmann werden sie nach Hause gebracht. Im Haus wartet ein wütender Carlos, der seinen Schwiegersohn fragt, wo sein geliebter Baum geblieben ist.
Nachdem Harold sich anhören muss, Weihnachten ruiniert zu haben, ist er so aufgebracht, dass er sich wehrt und von Carlos mehr Respekt in seinem eigenen Haus einfordert.
Das imponiert Carlos, sodass er ihm seinen Segen gibt, sich gut um Maria zu kümmern. Die 3D-Technik soll dabei möglichst aberwitzige Effekte erzielen.

It's getting harder and harder to get 3D blu rays these days unless you have a 3D blu ray player that is region free and shop the UK or Australian market place which is region 2 and still selling 3D TVs.
If you're into 3D blu rays and have a 3D TV then I suggest picking up a region free 3D blu ray player so you can take advantage of region 2 English speaking 3D movies, Amazon has a good selection!

A Very Harold and Kumar Christmas follows the title characters as they search for the perfect Christmas tree on Christmas Eve; throughout their adventure, they encounter plenty of drugs, a notorious gangster and his henchmen, Santa Claus, NPH, and much more.
Although it's not as great as the first two films, A Very Harold and Kumar Christmas is a fun, raunchy Christmas comedy with some great moments. I also enjoyed the Holiday-theme and tones, which are complimented by the great Christmas soundtrack and vibrant colors; it really has the potential to become a holiday tradition, at least for myself.
I also enjoyed the claymation segment. Although I enjoyed it, I didn't find the same "spark" the first two had, and it just simply isn't as memorable; it took more than one viewing to really appreciate it.
The version I received came with a Blu-ray disc and a separate DVD disc, despite what the description may state. The quality was great, as expected.
Overall, I recommend A Very Harold and Kumar Christmas for fans of comedy and the series, and even people looking to expand their Holiday collections although I don't recommend watching with children.

Harold and Kumar,the consumate kings of conundrum, take us on a non stop holiday sleigh ride through one hilarious situation to another.
The movie starts out slow Neil Patrick Harris makes a dazzling Holiday extravaganza appearance filled with an amped up salacious appetite only he could pull off.
While his screen time is limited, in each of the Harold and Kumar movies, his performances are so well acted and over the top, you find yourself looking forward to his appearance.
We see the anticipated mature level headed Harold, as the movie begins, settled into a monogamous relationship living with his soon to be wife.

As for Kumar, as the movie opens he is almost unrecogizable, seriously I didn't think it was the same actor , his life seems to have turned into nothing but weed and the eternal search for it.
He and Harold are estranged at this point A true jewel in the crown of the Harold and Kumar trilogy. Its not the Christmas thing, but the 3D thing.
This one is going in my Christmas collection, along with National Lampoons Christmas Vacation and a few others.
I think I'll watch it this coming Christmas Eve. I loved it. It was funny, dirty, ridiculous, and made fun of everyone and everything and there was even a reference back to the "white castle" movie when they had the munchies.
I also got a kick out of the toddler inadvertently getting high. If that is what they act like when they're high, I think all of my nieces and nephews must have been on drugs when they were toddlers!
Mostly, since I am a Trejo fan, i really enjoyed the totally ridiculous sweaters they put on Mr. Boy, that man endures a lot of torment in the interest of our entertainment.
I thought this would be as funny as the White Castle movie. Not so. It was really just base and horrible and not funny at all.

This is one of the moments I decided to buy it. Being a fan of the Cheech and Chong films, Dazed and Confused of days gone past this was obvious the next step.
Not being a pot smoker hard to believe from my choice of films listed above there is plenty of smoking and the toddler high shouldn't be funny for anyone but this part and the rest of the film had me in stitches.
That said, the other two did too. In a way you need to watch all three films in order to get some of the story Neil Patrick Harris gets shot in the back in Guantanamo Bay with a shotgun which is referenced in the third film 3D Christmas which can be seen in regular 2D These films have drug taking, nudity and a lot of swearing in them so if you're easily offended with any of those then please choose another set of films film but if you don't mind that and want your sides to split then go and buy this.
It turns out that Amazon wanted over half of that for postage because one of the items never made the minimum threshold. Make sure you do the same.
Not much I can add to the already positive reviews. It's funny, although technically derivative in plot it is the better written and directed movie of the three, and feels closer to a 'proper' comedy movie.
And the 3D, much of it CGI and delivered tongue in cheek, is largely excellent and sometimes surprising. One of the best 3D movies I've bought.
