Sen's servant, Hanzo Hattori, who wears a maid's outfit and glasses reports to her mistress Sen Tokugawa that Jubei has a power level of 5,, which is received with skepticism after everyone observes Jubei as being gentle, without any special skills and downright ordinary.
However, playing it safe, Sen orders that Jubei be kept confined and later to have her body searched for the mark of a samurai master. The episode ends with Muneakira discovering such a mark on Jubei's chest.
Having confirmed that Jubei is indeed a samurai master, the next question to be answered is who is her general. This is discovered after Jubei kisses Muneakira and turns into her samurai master form.
Sen reasons that Jubei is harmless as long as she does not kiss Muneakira, and places an armored helmet on Muneakira. Yukimura, on the other hand, contends that it would be a waste to seal off Muneakira's kiss when it may be effective to create a pact with other samurai.
She volunteers to be a test subject. Sen forbids this course of action and will not allow anyone to kiss Muneakira. Yukimura attempts several times to kiss Muneakira, but is thwarted time and time again by Sen and Hanzo.
Finally, in one last ditched effort, Matabei laces tea with sleeping powder that both Sen and Hanzo consume.
Yukimura takes advantage of this moment and approaches Muneakira while in the bath. They are surprised by Sen that is partially under the effects of the sleeping powder and is unable to control her attack on Yukimura and Muneakira.
She sends them flying through a wall, after which they accidentally kiss. Yukimura is instantly transformed into a master samurai. Yukimura, Matabei, and Muneakira are attempting to help Jubei control her ability to turn into a Master Samurai as Kanetsugu appears.
Kanetsugu is spying for Yoshihiko posing as Yukimura's friend but fully enrages Yukimura due to their grudge. Sen contemplates kissing Muneakira while he discovers the link between all the spirited away incidents.
Yukimura shares her concerns with Muneakira only to be interrupted by Kanetsugu. Muneakira accepts injury at the hands of Kanetsugu for ignoring how Yukimura felt.
Kanetsugu is stopped and after Sen voices her true feelings, she kisses Muneakira thereby creating a contract with him.
A defeated Kanetsugu flees from the dojo only to be pursued by Hanzo. Sen and Muneakira believe that Sen's older brother Yoshihiko is behind the spirited away incidents.
They agree to travel to the Tokugawa vacation home where an independent server may hold information they seek. As they attempt to sneak out of the compound, they are discovered by everyone.

However, the monster turns on her and absorbs her into its body. Sen and Yukimura do battle with the monster but cannot kill it because killing it would also mean killing Kanetsugu.
Jubei's master samurai form is enlisted to do the job. With the help and timing of Muneakira, Jubei is able to sever the link between the monster and Kanetsugu and kill the monster without harming Kanetsugu.
Yoshihiko Tokugawa returns to Great Japan a week ahead of schedule while Kanetsugu, Hanzo, and Matabei still contemplate kissing Muneakira to unlock their Master Samurai powers.
Gisen talks alone with Muneakira out in a shed which eventually leads to her using her yet undisplayed Master Samurai power to take control of Muneakira when he refuses her advances.
Gisen uses her control over Muneakira to aid her fight against Jubei, Hanzo, and Sen in hopes that if Muneakira kisses Jubei while under her control, it will invalidate the previous Master Samurai contract established between them.
Yoshihiko appears during the fight with Charles d'Artagnan and orders Charles to attack Gisen. Charles uses her artificial Master Samuari mode change to eventually defeat Gisen temporarily.
Jubei and Muneakira are currently held as research subjects of the project. Hanzo, Matabei, Yukimura and Kanetsugu escape the guards watching over them in the dojo to a hidden room that Yukimura reveals to be her secret hideout she discovered while the guards look for them.
Yukimura uses spiritual fluctuation reading to contact Muneakira's mind while his mind is in The Heart's Prison being subjected to Gisen's sexual advances.
She talks with Sen and finds out that his body must be rescued first as it is at Bukei Academy. The four break into Bukei Academy releasing Sen along the way but Matabei, Kanetsugu, and Hanzo are left for rear action deployment to slow advancing enemy forces.

Great Japan was founded by the Guardian Stone being placed there and is continually held together by the stone, however the ghost wishes to use the Dark Samurai to destroy the Guardian Stone.
The ghost's only desire is for war due to their unapproval of the Tokugawa's power. Yoshihiko's master samurai have thus far stopped them but in their defeat against the Dark Samurai, Charles dropped the name of Jubei as the real identity of the one who defeated Amakusa.
